About Me

It took 20 years of engineering in instrumentation and control for potentially explosive atmospheres for me to make the move to learn how to inegrate software in to the engineering to improve processes and develop smarter solutions - better late then never! I have been on the software path for the last 12 months, learning a lot and also forgetting quite a lot in the process.

That which I haven't forgotten is being used to accelerate my development by targetting Web Apps, Data Science, AI and Backend which I have an intense interest in and that should provide useful services and growth for the future and I want to focus on developing software products that will help people and provide a positive benefit to the engineering community.

More About Me

There is a lot to tell, but not sure how much of it is of interest to the general audience. I have achieved a lot during my previous career-life, but I always held a particluar interest in programming and all things computer-related.

It only took about 20 years to finally realise this and do something about it - but it's never too late to try to get in to that which really grabs you.

Whilst at the early stage of this career-life, I have developed skills in a range of technologies and tools for use in the programming and software engineering processes. Examples of projects and my learning path can be found in the relevant sectiosn of this website.
